Why you should choose The San Diego Academy?

Students enrolled in the two-to-five day per week program develop skills through applying the knowledge learned at the after school program and by applying basic safety rules. As students care for the horses and equipment they learn the importance of dependability and responsible behavior.

The program assists students in achieving academic success by motivating students to analyze information by problem-solving, asking questions, and determining answers independently.

Enjoyment–Physically and mentally stimulating that leaves a participant feeling joyful and challenged.

Consideration and Respect–Clear communication between the horse and rider at either verbal or nonverbal level is essential for an effective working relationship. Horseback riding is often a group activity that requires students to have good communication with both peers and instructors.
